At FCA, we offer a unique Customer Proximity and Co-Location Capability that provides scale, JIT delivery and rapid-response service to our customers. FCA’s facilities are generally located less than 20 miles from customers on average, and most are co-located at a customer site or within a few miles of our customers’ key manufacturing facilities. Many of the plants served by FCA receive multiple truckloads of custom packaging products per day—all delivered on an efficient, just-in-time basis. Many customers are accustomed to order turnaround times of only 15 to 24 hours as they rely on FCA to provide the critical protective packaging to ship their end products; in most cases, emergency orders are received, manufactured and delivered within 4 hours.
